DIVIS CUSTOMER EVENT

Venue: Bordesholm/ DIVIS premises and sailing ship in the Kiel Innerförde

 

Although you will have to wait a few more months before we set sail together, the time for registration is already pressing. Because of the Kieler Woche, which takes place at the same time, accommodation in the region is scarce in June. In the last newsletter we already introduced our customer event in the summer, the Kieler Daag at DIVIS. You can look forward to an interesting and varied program with a look behind the scenes at DIVIS, an innovation workshop on a sailing ship and plenty of opportunity for networking.

Participation in our event and snacks are free for you as a DIVIS customer. Only for travel and accommodation, we ask you to pay yourself. Currently there are still some free spots available and we have been able to extend the hotel contingents in the Bärenkrug, Molfsee, to book until the beginning of March. The contingents at Hotel Carstens will be kept open until mid-February.

DIVIS TIP OF THE MONTH

Troubleshooting in CargoVIS & ParcelVIS

 

 
The menu bar is no longer displayed in the program. How do I get it back?

In order to optimally use the display area for displaying camera images, the menu bar can be hidden in CargoVIS and ParcelVIS. To do this, the option "always show menu bar" in the "View" menu is deactivated. The menu bar disappears, and is only displayed when it is activated by pressing the Alt key, a common and therefore well known move in many programs (such as the Internet Explorer and Firefox web browsers). To permanently bring up the menu bar again, press the Alt key to display the menu bar, and in the "View" menu, check "Always show menu bar".

Meet our DIVIS colleagues from the field of project planning & design in our back office. Today we introduce you to: Back Office Manager Sven Rautenberg, Katharina Knapp, Hinnerk Hudemann and Eduard Tetzlaff.

 

 

Sven Rautenberg

 

We already introduced our back office manager in the last newsletter.

The commercial specialist, who has been working for DIVIS since 2005, has completed a straight career path at DIVIS, from sales, to procuration, to commercial management in the back-office areas (control of internal processes and processes) Project planning & design, and Service (Aftersales).

Katharina Knapp

 

The trained industrial clerk has been part of the DIVIS team in project planning & design since mid-2016. Since October 2017 she works in part-time employment from home office during parental leave.

Her responsibilities include creating system documentations, camera and network plans, and creating offers.

"What I like most about DIVIS is the open interaction with each other, the very personal culture and the clear vision of the management", the young mother summarizes her impression of the very employee-oriented corporate culture at DIVIS.

Like many of her colleagues, she is also extremely satisfied when "the expectations of our customers are exceeded by our innovative systems and our good service", because in her view DIVIS 'greatest strengths is the flexible handling of each customer's individual requirements.

 

 

 

Hinnerk Hudemann

 

Starting in 2009 at DIVIS, the trained electrician is responsible for system assembly in the field for one year. For the next two years until 2012, he supports the DIVIS service team for maintenance and repairs. Since 2012 he has been responsible for project planning & design at DIVIS.

His tasks include the individual, customer-related concept development, the calculation of all required hardware and software components, as well as the quoting and documentation of the finished system.

What he likes best about DIVIS is that every project is a new challenge, as none of them are alike. This drives, not only the DIVIS products, but also himself to develop in technical terms steadily.
A fresh breeze from a very young, friendly, dedicated and competent team and independent work are the ideal motivation for him.
As a result, DIVIS achieves its greatest strength in its eyes in: flexible and tailor-made solutions that give customers a decisive competitive edge.

 

 

 

Eduard Tetzlaff

 

For about three and a half years, the state-certified electrical engineering technician, specializing in information, communication and communications technology, at DIVIS strengthened the field of implementing. At the beginning of 2017 he switched to project planning & design. In both areas he appreciates the varied activities, friendly and helpful colleagues and the interesting tasks.

As a special plus in his work, Eduard counts that the DIVIS team individually adapts and constantly develops all products together.

For him, customer satisfaction at DIVIS also means: "[...] that the customer is completely satisfied with our system solutions tailored to him personally and our appearance with the customer, from sales to service technicians."
