Marvin Marx

During the first few weeks in the DIVIS service team, Marvin Marx was already fully immersed in five projects. Plenty of opportunity to become acquainted with the team and his new job comprehensively. His conclusion: Being an employee at DIVIS is great fun, the team is friendly and the work is full of variety.

Since 1 June 2022, the trained electronics technician for energy and building technology has been working together with his colleagues during on-site installation to ensure that not only every camera works, but that the entire system is technically flawless.

The initial spark for Marvin's application was the enthusiastic recommendation of his friend, who is also a DIVIS employee. Marvin Marx loves to travel and therefore enjoys working in the field. In hectic situations, he prefers to keep a cool head and tackle the issue at hand instead. He likes to solve tricky manual problems and handling the sensitive adjustment of technology is one of his strong suits. With his open-hearted nature, Marvin felt welcome at DIVIS right from the start.

But it is not only the great and motivating working atmosphere that he appreciates about his job. He can also really relate with the service and customer philosophy.

"Customer enthusiasm", says Marvin, "means to me when customers are so satisfied with the delivered installation that they even recommend DIVIS to their partner companies. You can't ask for more positive feedback on service and products."

He believes that the excellent customer support, provided by DIVIS both on-site and remotely, is an essential component for customer satisfaction, and it perfectly complements the high-quality product range at DIVIS.

Michel Ehlers

After his first few weeks as a new member of the DIVIS team, Michel Ehlers already has a very positive impression of the working atmosphere at DIVIS. The trained electrician for energy and building technology has been reinforcing our Assembly & Launching team since November 15, 2021 and feels very much at home here.
Michel's affinity for IT is not only the result of his training. He also enjoys working with computers, tinkering and programming in his private life. He balances this with sporting activities.

He describes himself as a perfectionist who loves challenges and tackles them with ambition and heart, aiming for 101%. For Michel, customer enthusiasm therefore means "when we leave customers after our work on site is done and they are satisfied with a smile on their faces, happy to turn to DIVIS again with confidence for further projects at any time".
He is looking forward to expanding and deepening his IT knowledge in the course of his professional activities. But he is also very excited about the prospect of visiting different locations in Germany and Europe during project assignments.

What excites him most about DIVIS are "the great, motivated employees and the good mood in the team". He says: "I look forward to going to work every day."
It is precisely this team spirit and the harmonious cooperation in solving even difficult tasks that he sees as one of DIVIS's greatest strengths. In addition to the vast amount of specialised know-how, he believes that above all it is the healthy internal structures that promote the best results, excellent customer service and innovation at DIVIS.

Alexius August

Since 2017, the energy electronics specialist with a vocational focus on industrial engineering has been part of the DIVIS service team for the assembly and installation of our video systems.
In addition to the assembly and launching of the components and the configuration of the user software, he is responsible for the training of customers and the completion of site-specific documentation.
Different tasks, locations and contacts are what makes this work attractive to Alexius.

As an employee at DIVIS, he feels like a member of a large family. He especially appreciates the short decision-making paths and the great helpfulness of his colleagues.
"DIVIS is a strong company through multiple aspects," says Alexius: "The dynamic and flexible team, the support of the management and a high degree of autonomy of the individual employee when it comes to making decisions in the workflow."

Lars Holm

The information electronics engineer, who, as he says, has found his appointment in assembly and launching by accident, has been working at DIVIS since 2017. As a commissioning engineer, he is entrusted with the installation, assembly and configuration of cameras and network components.

His motivation: going to new places, meeting new people and gaining new knowledge about technology and electronics.

He particularly values ​​the personal atmosphere within the team. The best confirmation of the quality of his work according to him is when he can feel the customer’s enthusiasm directly in the form of recognition and the praise of the customer.

He sees the greatest strength of DIVIS in the strong will to respond to requests and to implement solutions for the customers practically and competently.

Kenned Sell

Since 2018, the electronics engineer (Field of Energy and Building Technology) has been working as a commissioning engineer in the DIVIS team.
The installation of cameras, creation of networks in the hall, management and configuration of small projects are among his tasks.
Above all, during his work he feels inspired by mobility and the project business with constantly new tasks, which are handled at DIVIS by a competent team with great independence.

For Kenned customer enthusiasm means:
"When the customer is completely satisfied after the launch, with our service and the complete system."

One of the greatest strengths of DIVIS he sees in the high quality and flexibility of the DIVIS services.

Jan Paschkowiak

In 2005, the trained electrician started as a technician at DIVIS and has been a senior technician since 2008.
He is responsible for installing and programming of the recorders, configuration of the DIVIS software and functions, creation of documents and training customers.

About his motivation he says:

"I've been involved with video technology before and I found that very interesting. To see the processes in a parcel service or in a forwarding agency and to contribute with our software to finding the shipments, feels very motivating. "

Jan likes to work for DIVIS, he says: "I have great colleagues here and the work is fun. When away for on-site jobs you can also see other cities and countries. A great working atmosphere is the most important thing, otherwise it's no fun. "

He always feels the enthusiasm of DIVIS customers when "meeting and exceeding the expectations of the customer, and the customer thanks for the good work afterwards."

He sees the "super team of technicians" and the flexible handling of customer wishes on site as one of the greatest strengths of DIVIS.

Christian Grunert

Christian is a trained electrician and has been working at DIVIS since 2013. Here he is entrusted with the installation and commissioning of the DIVIS video systems.
In his work specifically the traveling all over Germany motivates him the most, as he says.

He also enjoys the cohesion among colleagues: "We are a strong team and like to work together."

In his view, DIVIS' greatest strength is that the company "works in a very special branch of the industry and offers something that in this constellation (comprehensive package solutions) is not offered by any other company".

Oleg Hildebrandt

Since 2010, the trained electrician has been responsible for the assembly of the cameras, the installation of network technology, the laying of cables and cable paths and occasionally also repairs as a service technician. In addition, he is responsible for the training of customers.

In his work he enjoys especially the variety of tasks and locations. He also enjoys the contact with customers on site.
He is very fond of being part of the DIVIS team and says, "We are a close-knit team and we understand each other well. That is not the case at every workplace."

Oleg thinks that customer enthusiasm is the result of smooth running from assembly through installation of the software to a successful project launch.

He sees DIVIS as a very customer- and employee-oriented company that provides all services professionally from a single source – one point of contact for everything.

That, Oleg believes, is one of the company's biggest strengths.

Patrick Mohr

The body and vehicle mechanic slipped by chance into the DIVIS team in 2012 and is now one of the old hands here. He works as a construction engineer and in service. He especially enjoys the versatility of his tasks and the family-like atmosphere in the company.

He also likes to impress customers of the potential of DIVIS solutions in his trainings. Here, says Patrick, he can explain the full scope of the products and inspire his listeners with jaw dropping experiences.

In his view, DIVIS is particularly strong because technology, software and service come from a single source. This ensures high quality of service and high customer confidence.

Florian Jessen

Florian is a trained communications electronics technician and has been involved in commissioning at DIVIS since October 2019.

The specialists for video management systems are not new territory for him. He has known the company for more than 10 years from previous involvement in the same area. When he returned last year with interest, he was welcomed at DIVIS with open arms.

The tech-savvy geocaching fan particularly enjoys the fact that, in addition to physical exercise, brains are also required when commissioning the system.

"Acting in the interests of the customer in order to be one step ahead of them", that is what in his view customer enthusiasm at DIVIS means. Florian enjoys working for one of the top companies in the industry, offering performance at a high level, where everything comes from a single source - the built-in technology, commissioning, software and service. During implementing of solutions, the technicians also need to think ahead. And that's exactly to his taste.
