Timo Hermann
Timo Hermann is a trained forwarding agent who likes to tinker with electronic equipment in his free time. Since March 2, 2020 he is working in the project coordination at DIVIS.
For this, Timo is qualified by extensive professional experience in this area. The stages of a video track and trace project, from sales to technical development, planning and assembly to the final acceptance by the customer, are familiar terrain for him.
Timo prefers a well-structured way of working and likes to learn new things.
He sees his flexibility as one of his greatest strengths.
His motto is accordingly: "Changing your own opinion sometimes takes more courage than sticking to your own view."
He likes to draw his motivation for work from the feedback of satisfied customers: "If my customer tells me on the day of project handover that he enjoyed the cooperation and is looking forward to further joint projects, then I have done a good job."
At DIVIS, Timo not only likes the modern work environment. He was particularly impressed by the friendliness and openness with which, as he says, he was welcomed already during his first interview.

Michael Boudry
Since July 1st, 2019, Frenchman Michael Boudry has been coordinating projects at DIVIS in Europe. His duties include coordinating between DIVIS departments and clients before, during and after the implementation of customer projects.
Michael is particularly motivated by acting as an intermediary in the planning of solutions for DIVIS customers and working with colleagues to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
"There are no problems, only solutions that sometimes have yet to be found," he summarizes his motivation.
At DIVIS he enjoys collegial interaction in the team and the good working atmosphere on the one hand. Since he likes to interact with people, on the other hand, he also feels completely in his element when it comes to regular contact with customers.
He regards the well-organized project management and high quality of customer service as the basis for customer enthusiasm at DIVIS.
According to his perception, these strengths are also expressed in the internal company structure and are made clear in the general approach to new challenges.
"Projects at DIVIS are realized more efficiently, better and faster than I have experienced it in my previous work life before DIVIS. The team and the attitude are just right here, "Michael states.
He is sure that not only already today but also in the future he will feel appreciated and comfortable in the long term.
