Our colleagues in project planning & design
Thorough planning is the basis of all projects at DIVIS. Therefore an entire team of clever minds is taking care of it in a dedicated department.
Danny Kroll
To answer the question first: The identical name with the Kroll family is purely coincidental.
Danny has been responsible for project planning & design at DIVIS since August 2018. Although the trained office clerk likes working in the office in general, he feels that the tasks should not be too monotonous. As a very open and approachable person, he particularly appreciates the good mix of customer contact and project planning activities in his work in project planning & design.
At DIVIS he is particularly impressed by the development of the company and the philosophy of the corporate management. His motivation for being a DIVS employee: “I really want to be part of it.”
Eduard Tetzlaff
For about three and a half years, the state-certified electrical engineering technician, specializing in information, communication and communications technology, at DIVIS strengthened the field of implementing. At the beginning of 2017 he switched to project planning & design. In both areas he appreciates the varied activities, friendly and helpful colleagues and the interesting tasks.
As a special plus in his work, Eduard counts that the DIVIS team individually adapts and constantly develops all products together.
For him, customer satisfaction at DIVIS also means: "[...] that the customer is completely satisfied with our system solutions tailored to him personally and our appearance with the customer, from sales to service technicians."
Hinnerk Hudemann
Starting in 2009 at DIVIS, the trained electrician is responsible for system assembly in the field for one year. For the next two years until 2012, he supports the DIVIS service team for maintenance and repairs. Since 2012 he has been responsible for project planning & design at DIVIS.
His tasks include the individual, customer-related concept development, the calculation of all required hardware and software components, as well as the quoting and documentation of the finished system.
What he likes best about DIVIS is that every project is a new challenge, as none of them are alike. This drives, not only the DIVIS products, but also himself to develop in technical terms steadily.
A fresh breeze from a very young, friendly, dedicated and competent team and independent work are the ideal motivation for him.
As a result, DIVIS achieves its greatest strength in its eyes in: flexible and tailor-made solutions that give customers a decisive competitive edge.
Ximena Arguedas Ramirez
Ximena Arguedas Ramirez joined the team in May 2021. She brings extensive graphic skills in system drawing and documentation to the table.
Originally, Ximena took a completely different career path. As part of her fashion design studies, she developed her graphic abilities further and acquired additional knowledge in international marketing. Working in the family business, a parcel logistics company, then became the first step towards logistics and Ximena discovered that creativity and technological professions also complement each other well in some areas.
With increasing insight, her interest in the processes on the other side of parcel sorting grew larger. She wanted to gain more experience in the IT area, in which the software and other solutions are developed for such companies. This is how her path led to DIVIS. Here she enjoys being able to contribute her skills to projects that make logistics companies more successful. She immediately felt warmly welcomed and supported by her colleagues. Since she likes to learn very much, as she emphasises, the first few weeks of familiarisation with her new tasks flew by in no time.
Ximena considers her striving for a perfect result as one of her greatest strengths.
