\naddress, our telephone number, social media and our contact form.\nWhen you contact us, we use the information which you provide, such as your
\ne-mail address, your name and the content of your enquiry, in order to
\nprocess your request.\nDuring the communication, we may also use Messenger. You are entitled to
\nuse our other means of communication at any time. The Messenger provider
\ncannot access the message content If the end-to-end encryption is used.
\nHowever, the Messenger service provider may have access to the information
\nthat a communication was made, and which device was used. This information
\nis processed by the Messenger provider, the privacy policy of the Messenger
\nprovider applies.\nWe delete the data that is collected in this process when it is no longer
\nnecessary, or we restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations
\nto do so.\n

Customer account (Customer Access)<\/h4>\nAs a customer, you have the option of logging into our customer backend.
\nThis area gives you an overview of the service activities (tickets,
\nmaintenance, malfunctions) that affect your company.\nWe process the data collected in our questionnaire in order to provide you
\nwith access, for which you will receive your username and password from us.\n

If you log in to our internal area, the system also logs the accesses.<\/p>\nWe delete the data that is collected in this process when it is no longer
\nnecessary, or we restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations
\nto do so. We delete your other data after the elapse of the limitation
\nperiods under civil law. You can also delete your customer account at any
\ntime by sending us a direct message.\n

The legal basis is Art. 6(1), subparagraph 1(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n

Applications<\/h4>\n

We publish job advertisements for recruitment purposes.<\/p>\n

To process your application, we need certain data from you.<\/p>\nIn addition to your name and contact details, we also need and process your
\nother applicant data, e.g. your application letter, CV, certificates or
\ninterview notes.\nWe delete the data collected during the application process when the data
\nis no longer needed for the purpose of the application. This is the case
\nafter a maximum of six months subsequent to the completion of the
\napplication process if the applicant has not been appointed. This does not
\napply if legal regulations do not permit deletion, if the data is required
\nfor the provision of evidence, or if you have expressively agreed to a
\nlonger storage period.\nIf we request your consent, e.g. to store your data for a longer period of
\ntime, the legal basis is Art. 6(1), subparagraph 1(a) GDPR, \u00a7 26(2) BDSG
\n(German Data Protection Act). Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6(1),
\nsubparagraph 1(b) GDPR, \u00a7 26 BDSG.\n

Business Relationship<\/h4>\nWe require personal data for the conclusion and execution of contracts for
\nthe services offered either by us or by you.\nWithin the context of initiation or implementation of the contract, we
\nrequire your personal data for the establishment, implementation and
\ntermination of the contractual relationship and fulfilment of the
\nassociated contractual obligations. We process your data in order to fulfil
\nthe contract with you, as well as to comply with existing legal
\nrequirements, e.g. commercial or tax law. This may include the transfer of
\ndata to subcontractors, payment service providers or authorities.\nAccording to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store
\nthe contract data for ten years. However, we restrict processing after two
\nyears, i.e. your data is only be used in order to comply with legal
\nobligations.\n

Advertisements to existing customers<\/h4>\nIf you become a customer, we may use your e-mail address to offer you
\nadvertisements for similar goods or services.\nYou can object to this advertising at any time, in particular by informing
\nus via the contact details given in the Legal Notice. If we do not send you
\nany advertisements for a period of two years, we will bar your e-mail
\naddress from receiving advertising. The commercial and tax law provisions
\nrelating to your purchase from us apply to the storage of your e-mail
\naddress accordingly.\nThe legal basis is Art. 6(1), subparagraph 1(f) GDPR in conjunction with \u00a7
\n7(3) UWG (German Act Against Unfair Competition), whereby our legitimate
\ninterests arise from the aforementioned purposes.\n

Newsletters<\/h4>\nWe would like to occasionally send you interesting news and information
\nabout our company or our offers in the form of an e-mail newsletter.\nFor this purpose, we require your consent according to data protection law,
\nand at least the e-mail address to which the newsletter is to be sent.
\nMandatory information is indicated. Other details are voluntary, e.g. to
\naddress you personally, or to individualise the newsletter.\nWe intend to continuously optimise our newsletter in order to offer
\nsuitable content to our readers. For this purpose, we measure the

\nthe link provided in the newsletter e-mail or by sending us a direct
\nmessage. If we do not send you any advertisements for a period of two

\nlist. We will delete your expired declaration of consent after the
\nexpiration of the limitation periods under competition and personal rights

We use third-party services to optimise our offers.<\/p>\nA direct connection to the servers of the third-party provider may be

\nguarantees such as contractual obligations, your data will only be
\nprocessed in third countries with a level of data protection which is
\napproved according to the standard data protection clauses of the EU

Presentations on social media<\/h4>\nWe make presentations on social media to communicate with our customers,
\ninterested parties and users and inform them about our services. In
\ngeneral, cookies are stored on the users’ computers. Cookies are small text

\nthe cookie (in this case the social network) can obtain certain
\ninformation.\nCookies enable the creation of statistics on the use of a presentation on
\nthe social network. For this reason, we have concluded an agreement on the
\njoint control of the processing of personal data. The processing may take

\nused to place suitable advertisements. The social network can also
\nassociate the visit to our presentation with your profile. In relation to
