You can think of a marker as a bookmark in the video.<\/strong><\/p>\nExample from practice:<br \/>\nA security guard discovers something suspicious in the video during his shift. He sets a corresponding marker in the sequence so that the respective scene can quickly be found again later via the search and can then be examined thoroughly.\n<h3>\n\t\tHow it works\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>In the live view of CargoVIS or ParcelVIS, click the button located in the upper left corner of the video image. This opens a window with the marker dialogue displaying information about the selected sequence. The login name stored in the CargoVIS or ParcelVIS software will be displayed.<\/p>\n\t<h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Bereich-EN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"287\" \/>Region<\/h2>\n<p>Specifies the area in which the camera is displayed as the main camera.<\/p>\n\t<h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kamera-EN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"287\" \/>Camera<\/h2>\n<p>Specifies the camera for which a marker was created.<\/p>\n\t<h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kommentar-EN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"287\" \/>Comment<\/h2>\n<p>Here you can manually enter more information about the marker in a text field.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tButtons\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/abbrechen-EN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"287\" \/>Cancel<\/h2>\nNew marker:<br \/>\nCancels the process. Here you can specify who can create markers and who can view markers.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tFunctions in the marker list of CargoVIS and ParcelVIS\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>There are several editing options available in the list of existing markers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#steuerelemente\" target=\"_self\" itemprop=\"url\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Bild-3_Marker-Liste_EN.jpg\" alt=\"Create, view and edit markers in CargoVIS and ParcelVIS\" title=\"Bild-3_Marker-Liste_EN\" itemprop=\"image\"  \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<em>Fig.: List of existing markers<br \/>\n<\/em>\n\t<h2>Narrowing the markers by period<\/h2>\nBy entering a start and end time, the search for markers can be limited to a specified period of time.<br \/>\nEnter the start time in the fields to the left and the end time for the search in the fields to the right. The numerical values can be changed as usual using the mouse wheel.<br \/>\nBy clicking on the button &#8220;Get events&#8221; all markers in the selected period will be listed.\n\t<h2>Opening a marker<\/h2>\n<p>By double-clicking on a marker, it will be opened in the search.<\/p>\n\t<h2>By right-clicking on a marker, a menu opens, with additional functions<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#steuerelemente\" target=\"_self\" itemprop=\"url\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Bild-3_Marker-Liste_kontextmenue_EN.jpg\" alt=\"Create, view and edit markers in CargoVIS and ParcelVIS\" title=\"Bild-3_Marker-Liste_kontextmenue_EN\" itemprop=\"image\"  \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<em>Fig.: Context menu (right-click) in the marker list<br \/>\n<\/em>\n\t<h2>Delete event<\/h2>\nDeletes the selected marker from the list.<br \/>\nNote! Once deleted a marker can not be restored.\n\t<h2>Edit event<\/h2>\n<p>Opens a new dialogue for editing the marker. It has the same functions as the dialogue for creating a marker.
