Celebrate our anniversary together with us – no kidding, on April 1st<\/sup>, 2017 DIVIS will be fifteen years old. And meet us live at well-known industry events in 2017.<\/p>\n More on these topics now in this newsletter.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n For the DIVIS team<\/p>\n Yours, Hendrik Reger<\/p>\n Head of Sales <\/em><\/p>\n 2016 was an eventful business year for DIVIS.<\/p>\n With the first-time contract for a project in Spain, we were able to extend our business relationships to a new European country. Also in other countries, various new customers, among them a large customer in Austria, have opted for our solutions.<\/p>\n With the increase in our number of customers by more than 10% last year, we are looking back on a very positive balance. Currently more than 400 DIVIS systems are now in operation in 19 European countries and we look forward to further growth in 2017.<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Growth through new customer acquisition on the one hand, stability through trustful cooperations with satisfied customers on the other hand – at DIVIS, both sides have top priority.<\/p>\n After Germany, France is our second largest market. In order to ensure the usual DIVIS standard for our customer support, we have expanded our team for France: Two additional employees are reinforcing the French sales division and a French service technician assists us with installation and problems on site.<\/p>\n DIVIS will also continue to execute the first-level support for France from Bordesholm.<\/p>\n In case of incidents, short reaction times, seamless communication and transparency are essential for our customers. That is why we are continuously working on the optimization of these interfaces.<\/p>\n Already shortly after the transition, the introduction of a ticket system in our customer service proved to be the right decision in 2016. All incidents and inquiries of our customers have since been handled even more smoothly and faster by DIVIS.<\/p>\n As a DIVIS customer you can rely on our commitment and our know-how 100% also in 2017.<\/p>\n Many logistics service providers use standardized volume measuring systems to measure shipments in the warehouse. The loading procedure must be interrupted for measurements using these systems. As a consequence of the cumbersome procedure, permanent time pressure and high loading capacities, only random tests or sample measurements in case of doubt are performed.<\/strong><\/p>\n As a result, the chain of proof remains incomplete. In the event of recourse claims by customers, the service provider in many cases still lacks evidence and remains the one responsible for the costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n Scale+ is based on the evaluation of video images of your loading processes, previously recorded with existing cameras. This allows for the most efficient control of any shipment, even if it has already left your warehouse.<\/p>\n Outstanding flexibility is demonstrated by Scale +, in particular, in the intelligent input of the height difference, which even enables the precise control of packages placed on other consignments.<\/p>\n After marking the desired package in the easy-to-use user interface, Scale+ clearly displays the actually measured values in comparison to the set value given by the forwarding software.<\/p>\n You also get this result in a well-arranged PDF file or as a .jpeg with your company data.<\/p>\n Thus, the new module Scale+ significantly improves the chain of evidence with regard to recourse claims.<\/p>\n At the LogiMAT, we present our new software module Scale+ in addition to other DIVIS products and novelties. Nowadays millions of shipments are handled in warehouses every day, and the trend is increasing. Looking at these volumes, without the appropriate equipment the search for lost or misspelled outgoing goods is not only time-consuming and laborious, yet sometimes finding them is not even possible. This usually results in costly shortfalls and recourse claims.<\/strong><\/p>\n A new software now supports warehouse worker in finding items.<\/strong><\/p>\n TIS GmbH from Bocholt, specializing in mobile order management solutions, has integrated our video system solution CargoVIS into a new optical search assistant.<\/strong><\/p>\n With each warehouse scan, CargoVIS activates a dedicated camera. The resulting photo is linked with the storage position and the bar code of the goods and archived.<\/p>\n The new application TISLOG intraVis can be activated directly using the warehouse scanner, which is also used to process the electronic loading list.<\/p>\n In the search dialog, the photo taken during the scanning process can then be pulled up and in this the searched shipments are displayed in their current storage position.<\/p>\n Are you interested in TISLOG intra<\/strong> Vis?<\/strong><\/p>\n At the LogiMAT together with TIS, we present the new solution at our joint stand.
