The new module also supports your quality assurance and customer service. At the same time, it is noticeably improving the situation when it comes to recourse claims.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.divis.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/logo-scale-plus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"156\" height=\"180\" \/>Traditionally, for the measurement of consignments, standardized volume measuring systems are used in goods handling. For measurements with these systems the loading process has to be interrupted and the goods have to be passed through the system. Due to the cumbersome procedure, permanent time pressure and high loading volumes, inspection is often carried out only by random sampling. As a result, the collection of evidence remains incomplete. For this reason, in many warehouses, folding rules are still in use despite the presence of high tech measurement systems. Although the package generally does not have to be moved for such control measurements in the hall, this process also interrupts the loading process and costs time. In addition, there is usually a lack of suitable documentation possibilities or these are very cumbersome. Even in the case of the combined measurement methods, there is still room for inaccuracies, confusion and missing evidence. Particularly disadvantageous: Once a package has left the warehouse without having been previously measured, the possibility of collecting evidence is extinguished. The consequence: in the event of retroactive recourse claims by customers, the service provider in many cases still remains the one bearing the costs despite carried out measurements.<\/p>\n<h3>In this situation our new software module Scale<sup>+<\/sup>\u00a0offers different advantages!<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<h4>More overview, less costs &#8211; interruption of the flow of goods is not necessary <\/h4 ><p>The software-driven volume control with Scale<sup>+<\/sup>\u00a0is based on the evaluation of the video material of your loading processes, previously recorded with existing cameras. Point-accurate controls can be performed by measuring an image of the package in the software. This streamlines your internal processing. At the same time, the module allows for more controls and ensures more transparency in your logistics chain.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<h4>New and unique at the moment: Reliable control even with stacked goods <\/h4 ><p>Outstanding flexibility is demonstrated by Scale<sup>+<\/sup>, in particular, in the intelligent input of the difference in height, which allows even the precise control of packages placed on other consignments.<\/p>\n<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Strengthened evidence and better documentation: Efficient volume control is also possible at a later time <\/h4 ><p>The truck has left your warehouse and is already on the road with the shipment heading to the customer. The Scale<sup>+<\/sup>\u00a0module makes it possible to check any packages from this load later. Simply select the desired package from the video recording in the software and carry out your inspection directly in the image.<\/p>\n<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Checks and proofs \u2013 really easy <\/h4 ><p>After marking the desired package in the easy-to-use user interface, Scale<sup>+<\/sup>\u00a0displays the actual values in comparison to the nominal values from the forwarding software.
