With the transformation project "DIVIS 2021 - shaping progress together", DIVIS is striving to create a sustainable basis for healthy growth with enthusiastic stakeholders. As part of the project, we are establishing a completely renewed system and process landscape as well as anchoring a future-oriented culture of innovation. With the new solutions, operational processes will be fully digitalised and the latest organisational and innovation development methods will be tested and implemented in the company. With the help of funding under the "Operational Process and Organisational Innovations" (POI) guideline, the state is supporting the establishment of an innovation-driven, role-based corporate culture with a model character as a pioneer in our region.

With this project, we are setting an important milestone for the further development and future positioning of the company and are consistently pursuing our goal of "customer enthusiasm". This includes, above all, always placing the further development and needs of our customers at the centre of our actions. The creation of head space is an important aspect of this, in order to be able to respond to and fulfil our customers' wishes in a more far-reaching and efficient way.
