DIVIS SOFTWARE
License plate-based access control
Better overview and less waiting times during entry and exit on your premises with License Plate+
Many freight forwarders are facing a daily challenge with entry and exit management. Authorisation checks of arriving vehicles, area and gate allocation are time-consuming and personnel-intensive tasks. At peak times, the access point quickly turns into a bottleneck. The result: congestion.
Systems for license plate recognition with automatic barrier control are of great relief in this situation, because they streamline the process at the entrance. Procedures can be automated, the stress on employees can be reduced, and entry and exit can be accelerated even during peak times.
Our add-on to easily expand your system with License plate recognition and automatic barrier control
Logistics companies already working with the DIVIS video management software or planning to use it in the future can effortlessly integrate license plate recognition with automatic barrier control into that system. There is no need to purchase a stand-alone solution. With License Plate+, our CargoVIS and ParcelVIS customers have a full-fledged extension at hand that merges directly into the software.

DIVIS BEHIND THE SCENES
Our new colleague in assembly and launching, David Washington
At the end of March 2021, David Washington started reinforcing the assembly and launching team at DIVIS. As an industrial foreman for electrical engineering and mechatronics and also a graduated industrial engineer, he brings the best possible prerequisites for project work to the table.
David highly appreciates the working atmosphere at DIVIS. In the midst of the new colleagues, self-organised tasks and flat hierarchies, he immediately felt at home.
“The climate is friendly and there is a sense of unity everywhere. I can approach superiors at any time,” says the energetic amateur athlete about his first days at the company. As a team player, he enjoys direct contact with colleagues and customers.
David focuses his creative potential primarily on identifying and fixing technical difficulties during his installation assignments. For him, the best problems are the ones that have been resolved. That is why he does everything in his power to quickly eliminate issues of any kind. He loves to tackle challenges and counts this trait among his greatest strengths. As David says of himself, he is able to keep calm and focused even under stress and time pressure, which is also very helpful when it comes to problem-solving.
Our new colleague has ambitious goals and a strong desire to evolve professionally. Therefore, not only in online gaming his motto is: "Level up!"
After work, on the other hand, he likes to dive into completely different topics such as the world of online gaming or improving his creative skills as a hobby musician.
In addition to the motivating work environment, he is particularly impressed by the state-of-the-art, high-performance DIVIS products. He is convinced that the same enthusiasm also captivates the users of the DIVIS software. That is the reason for their long-term trust in the applications and why they always choose DIVIS for renewals or upgrades.
David is particularly proud to strengthen the positive image of DIVIS as a service provider with his skills and to ensure that today's satisfied customers are also tomorrow's enthusiastic DIVIS customers.
Welcome to the DIVIS team, David!
