Find out in our case study how Forwarder Amm from Nuremberg reduces costs and saves time thanks to their new DIVIS video surveillance solution with scanner locating.

The system minimizes Amm's effort in the search for shipments, and claims can be cleared and settled faster. DIVIS back office: Mensah Adzessi in first and second level support

Mensah Adzessi DIVIS Support

Mensah has been a member of the DIVIS team for a quarter of a year. Here he supports our customers in France and Germany with first and second level support.

He draws his expertise from an extensive educational background. In the technical area, this includes communications electronics with a specialization in information technology, Linux system administration and Microsoft system engineering.

According to his own words, the expert feels particularly motivated by challenging tasks and gladly accepts the challenge of successfully solving complex problems. He also finds quick and successful problem solving an essential basis for customer satisfaction.

"In addition, there are punctuality, ambition and passion for the job," says Mensah - qualities that match excellently with the team spirit at DIVIS.

Above all, he feels very comfortable at DIVIS because work-life balance is also important here and because the company appreciates its employees. This atmosphere motivates him every day anew to give his best.
